Jim has been active in Commercial Real Estate for the past 20 years. His main focus throughout his career has been to form a strategic alliance with each and every client. This alliance is a partnership, you first identify the client’s needs, their markets, we form a strategic plan by creating a plan that works for each client and execute the plan. Jim has negotiated with many large S&P 500 companies to small business owners in transactions of leasing and sale. “Today, the real estate market has changed, we’re more a consultant, than a broker” Prior to real estate, Jim worked for a Wall Street firm in the financial markets by buying and selling stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and option, this helps him to understand investor mentality and intelligent thought of investing with the risk and rate of return on paper holding certificates vs. real assets. As well as working in advertising world which helps his clients in promoting and marketing their property in complex world of email blast, websites, social and digital marketing world. Jim’s experience gives him a broader view and understanding of business.
